General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 25.5.18) Privacy Notice

 

This notice sets out your rights as a member of the Warwickshire Industrial Locomotive Preservation Trust

(the Charity).

The data you have provided to us is held by the Warwickshire Industrial Locomotive Preservation Trust (Registered Charity No.1201400).

The lawful basis on which the Charity holds personal data is to administer the Charity on behalf of its members

as laid out in the constitution of the Charity. The data is used to identify members of the Charity, to enable the Charity to provide news and information relating to the Charity, including the notification of the Charities AGM.

The data we hold about you is:-

          *          Your name & address

          *          Your interest/contribution to the Charity

          *          If you have provided it, we also have your phone number and Email address.

 

This data is used solely by the Charity to contact its members to provide news and information about the

Charity, including notification of the Charities AGM, as required by the Charities constitution.

The data is not shared with any other organisation.

The data will be retained by the Charity until you cease to become a member, when your data will be deleted

from our database.

If you believe the data we hold about you is incorrect, please let us know.

If you would like your data to be deleted from our database, please let us know.

You have a right to know what data we hold about you. Please write to the Charity if you would like this data.
