Steam brake cylinder during the process to

remove fitted retaining bolts. Five bolts were

successfully removed at SVR Bridgnorth on Sunday 7th January 2018, leaving just one

to be tackled in the near future.

old cylinders) were delived to SVR

New cylinder assembly newly painted

with red oxide at SVR Bridgnorth on Sunday

27th May 2018. The next task is to install the

cylinder assembly between the frames, align

in the correct position (using the slidebars

brought up from Bewdley which are bolted to cylinders and motion Bracket) and then drill

Mounting Holes in cylinders. This task will

hopefully take place in early June.
